Lovely ambience. Quaint cafe. The arancini balls were good. However, the dip was cold (from the refrigerator). Would have been great if it was warm. The ravioli spinach had flavour, would have been better had it been well cooked, as the sides were raw. The parmigiana (eggplant) was tasty & would love to have it again. The Tiramisu was on a special promo price for the day. There are other veg items available.

Really liked this little gem in Plaza Damas. As the name says it really tastes like home cooked Italian food. No fuzz just good ingredients handled by skilled cook and result is great….what you see is what you get & taste. Good value for money also. Recommended!

Mamma Bistro is a cozy and inviting restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is simple yet charming, with warm lighting and rustic touches that make diners feel right at home. The menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes, all of which are prepared with care and attention to detail by the Italian-Malaysian chef. My family enjoyed the authentic flavors, noting that the dishes taste just like they do in Italy. The staff are friendly and attentive, making us feel like we are part of the family. They are happy to make recommendations and provide guidance on the menu, ensuring that all of us have a wonderful dining experience. Overall, Mamma is an excellent choice for those looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy and welcoming setting. Definitely coming back! We want to try out the rest of the items in their menu.

Such a lovely place to dine-in! Other than serving great and reasonably priced Italian food, their service was top-notch. Staffs were attentive and friendly and the cafe/ bistro itself was well-maintained. Will definitely come again.

Been here a few times. Love the vibe as it's a cosy, quiet and quint little cafe. Food is really good! All the pastas I've tried here were a hit! From the ravioli to the gnocchi and the aglio olio. Desserts are really nice too. Staff is very friendly, attentive & accommodating. Definitely will be back here again

Craving for some Italian homemade pasta and panini, this is the place to go! The homemade burnt cheesecake is super yummy.

The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. I went with my family for lunch and we were seated downstairs. Later on we found out they have upstairs too which is rather spacious and private (perfect for a private dining party too). We ordered varieties of food : Aglio Olio with roasted garlic cream sauce, Parpadelle Ragu, potato crochete, meatballs, soup des poisson, and fish soup. I have to give extra credit for the Ragu and fish soup. The ragu was rich in taste and flavorful, while the fish soup is something we don’t get to eat at normal restaurant, the owner personally explained the way of eating and stages of flavour changes as we taste the fish soup. Definitely a must-try. Towards the end we ordered chocolate lava cake with ice cream and tiramisu, which are both great. Overall it’s a pleasure dining experience, having to taste good genuine Italian food without hefty pricing. Not to mention they have their own toilet inside the restaurant which is definitely a plus point. (Other restaurant in Plaza Damas don’t have it)
